Websites and Applications. Power and Flexibility

16 March 2011 by DRose
The clearString approach to web application development is different. It is what is sometimes called ‘goal oriented development’. That is to say, if at the end of the day you want to have a web service or website that is data enabled, then that is where you should start from, and build down to the data structure beneath. clearString has its own internal data structure which has been designed to be used by non-technical designers.

A major part of the power behind clearString is its unique approach to building data into websites with the Feed-Query-View embed model. clearString does not assume that you have a pre-existing grid-based data-structure. The system will build the necessary input forms and structures for you and allow you to embed them direct onto the pages of your website or application, exactly where you want them, so you don’t have to compromise your design.

The clearString codeless web development software also has the ability to integrate with external databases by using intelligent look-up components to query data-stores, and it has the ability to import existing databases in standard format. But the power and flexibility is greatest when you don’t limit clearString by only using external data stores.
